EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Applicants must possess a full-time three-year Diploma after HSLC or equivalent in the relevant engineering branch from a Government, Government-recognised or AICTE-approved polytechnic/institution. The accepted qualification also includes the recognised two-year base plus two-year diploma route described in the official notification.
Minimum marks: 60% in the diploma. SC/ST candidates require at least 50%.
AGE LIMIT
21 to 38 years as on 1 April 2026.
Upper-age relaxation: OBC/MOBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 years and PwBD 10 years, subject to the official advertisement.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam. Upload a PRC issued for educational purposes or an Assam Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
